*1A-- Cut 1 
at 3 7/8"

*2A-- Cut 1 at 2 3/8"

*Handle-- Bias Strip 1" x 5"
*3B-- Cut 1
at 3 7/8"
. Staystitch one
on bias. (this one
is for the handle).
*4B-- Cut 2
's at 2".
1) Fold and press bias handle. Hand or machine stitch on one side,
then fold + press over raw edge and handstitch down.
