*2A-- Cut 1 at 3 1/8" cut .
*Handle-- Bias Strip 1 1/8" x 12" (fold and press).
Background:
*3B-- Cut 1 at 7 5/8" cut . Staystitch bias edge.
*4B-- Cut 2 at 5" x 2 3/4"
*5B-- Cut 1 at 5 3/8" cut .

Piecing + Pressing:
1) Sew handle to 3B.
