Returns Policy

  1. Items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Any item returned must be in its original condition, in its original packaging, and not personalized in any way. This means the personally autographed books can not be returned. A full refund will be applied to your original purchase credit card for the price of the item(s) returned that meet these conditions.
  2. Before returning your item(s), please contact our sales department at thequiltshow@gmail.com. to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
  3. Please include the packing slip with your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of mail for shipment.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations must be received by email before 11:59pm, PST, on the same day the order was placed. After this time, the order is being processed for shipping and cancellation may not be possible. Send all cancellation requests to thequiltshow@gmail.com, and be sure to include your name, order number, shipping address, and last 4 digits of the credit card used for purchase.
